Bacalhau (salted cod) baked in the oven
Madeira Wine J. Faria Meio Seco (medium-dry) 5 Years
Ingredients:
1 piece of bacalhau (salted cod)
Béchamel sauce
Onions to taste.
Potatoes to taste
Olive oil to taste
Method:
In a deep baking dish place the onion rings, the olive oil, the flaked and de-boned salted cod, slices of potato and add the béchamel sauce.
Decorate with slices of chorizo and bake in the oven.
