The Madeira Wine website collects the strictly necessary and pertinent information for the purpose for which it is intended.

The information collected through the contact form on the website is intended for later interaction between the competent areas and the citizen.

In compliance with the legal obligation to guarantee the security of information systems, provided for in paragraph 1 of article 32 of the RGPD, the Regional Directorate of Informatics processes personal data based on paragraph c) of the nº 1 of article 6 of the same law (fulfillment of a legal obligation). These data are kept for a maximum period of 90 days.
