Between February 13th and 15th, Madeira Wine will be present at the first international wine fair of the year, Vinexpo Paris, through a concerted action between the Madeira Wine, Embroidery and Handicrafts Institute (IVBAM), the economic agents of Madeira Wine and Viniportugal, the entity responsible for the international promotion of the brand Vinhos de Portugal.

Indeed, this year, the Madeira Wine sector will have a stronger presence at this fair, which for the first time will feature 4 Madeira Wine producers, namely: Justino's Madeira Wines, Vinhos Barbeito, Henriques & Henriques and Pereira D 'Oliveira, which will be gathered at the Viniportugal pavilion, more specifically at stand 19 in Hall 5.2, Ilha D134.

Indeed, being at Vinexpo Paris means experiencing a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere, where around 3,000 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors, of various nationalities, including the main players in the international wine sector, gather together, which is why this is an exceptional opportunity for the promotion of Madeira Wine and its consequent export.

In addition, this presence in the French market reinforces the importance that it represents for the Madeira Wine sector, a market that absorbed 846,336.50 liters last year and handled €2,897,646.12€.
